The Market Center Managing Broker is called a Team Leader

This position could be considered the Chief Financial
Officer of a multi-million dollar business. Responsible for
keeping a professional appearance of the office and
overseeing of Market Center Administration. The Market
Center Administrator (MCA) will provide support and
feedback to the Owner/Team Leader on all matters affecting
the productivity and smooth operation of the Market Center.
This position maintains office files, office equipment and
inventory. The Market Center Administrator will provide
backup clerical support for the Market Center Manager, and
provide various banking and accounting services as needed.

This position is responsible from the initial contact with
client when listing a property. This person will follow the
listing until it is sold. Listing Specialist/Coordinator
will: prepare listing packages, complete the listing
contract, arrange photographs of property, put information
in the MLS, arrange showings and initiate the closing
process. Position is responsible for marketing plan,
pricing strategy and educating the seller about the
process, protecting and negotiate for the sellers interest.

negotiating offers. In this position you must schedule and
attend training sessions.
